Armel Bedouet
Chef Armel Bedouet left his native Brittany animated by a passion for authentic cuisine. After developing his talent in several prestigious establishments in France, including Lameloise, rated 18/20 by the Gault&Millau guide and three-star Michelin, he then moved to Geneva and joined the brigade of Dominique Gauthier at Le Chat Botté in 2001. Restaurant which has a rating of 18/20 at the G&M and one-star Michelin. Since 2008, he has been in charge of the kitchens of the Royal Hotel restaurants, part of the Manotel Group, including L’Aparté, which has a rating of 17/20 at the G&M since 2019 till 2024. Note that for the 2019 G&M, Armel Bedouet received the “Promu de l’année” distinction. In 2020, L'Aparté confirms its reputation as a gourmet restaurant by entering the Michelin Guide Switzerland with one star in 2020,2021, 2022 and 2023
