Meeting Rooms

Located on the 1st floor, this conference room is the largest one in the hotel with a very generous square footage of​​ 277m2 (2980 sq ft). The Meeting Room Rousseau can be separated into two distinct spaces with a respective surface of 1400 sq ft - 130m2 (Rousseau A) and 1580 sq ft - 147m2 (Rousseau B) making it perfect for your meetings, conferences or dinners.

Two large skylights on the ceiling of Salon Rousseau give the room incredible natural light and the generous amount of space ensures that we can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests, for lunch or dinner, 240 people in theater style set-up and up to 240 people for cocktails. It is possible to connect Salon Rousseau with salons Voltaire A and B.

The Salon Rousseau also has a large foyer and access to a terrace. (on the same floor)

Both are located on the 1st floor with access to the Meeting Room Rousseau. Our salons Voltaire have a respective surface of 55m2 each, making them perfect for business meetings.

Both have an access to a terrace (on the same floor).

A 20m2 terrace on the first floor of the hotel offers guests a chance to relax in a veritable green oasis during coffee breaks or with cocktails.

The terrace is directly accessible from both the Voltaire and the Rousseau lounges.

Located on the ground floor, the Neoclassical decor of this lounge is the perfect setting to host your dinner, lunch or meeting. The Eaux-Vives Salon is naturally lit and can accommodate between 10 and 50 people depending on the set up. The square footage of this salon is 689 sq ft - 64m2.

The 38m2 (409 sq ft) business suite of the Hotel Royal is the ideal room for meetings of up to 10 people. You will benefit from the natural light and all the necessary equipment in a luxurious and refined setting.

Located on the ground floor, the salon Gustave Ador is our banqueting room especially dedicated to lunches and dinners. The Salon Gustave Ador can host up to 280 attendees with its generous square footage of 200m2 (2150 sq ft).
